WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DO WE APPLY TO YOUR DATA?
GREEN PATIO has adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data it processes, as well as to prevent its loss, alteration and/or access by unauthorized third parties.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
In case of conflict or controversy, the parties shall submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts of Courts and Tribunals of the City of Vigowithout prejudice to any rights the consumer may have to appeal to their local jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
In any case, GREEN PATIO undertakes to try to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to legal action.
