The company has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to sustainability by transforming a former printing house into a modern and versatile event space. This project not only preserves the historic structure but also minimizes the environmental impact associated with constructing new buildings.
Among the most notable aspects of this sustainability initiative are:
Reuse of
Reuse of materials
Instead of demolishing the old printing house, the company chose to renovate it, thereby preserving the material resources and embedded energy in the original structure. This practice significantly reduces construction waste and the demand for new materials.
Energy-Efficient Design
The new space has been designed to be energy-efficient, incorporating technologies such as LED lighting, natural lighting and ventilation systems in all rooms, low-energy heating and cooling systems, and enhanced insulation. These improvements not only reduce energy consumption but also decrease carbon emissions over the long term.
Handcrafted Materials
All materials used during the renovation are handcrafted and environmentally friendly. From bricks to tiles, each element is carefully selected for its sustainability. Additionally, most of our furniture is made from reclaimed wood and restored pieces, combining aesthetics with ecological responsibility.
