sustainability. Our first project was to transform a building of a former printing press
into a modern and versatile event space.

This project not only preserved the historical structure but also minimized the environmental impact
associated with the construction of new buildings. We managed to conserve the
material resources and energy embedded in the original structure. This practice
significantly reduced construction waste and the demand for new materials.
